Ways To Work

Your next campaign.
Or your ongoing creative partner.

Choose a focused project or a monthly creative partnership, with scope built around your brand’s goals and agreed before the work begins. Every engagement starts with a discovery call.

02Two Ways To Work Together

Pick the structure that fits the work.

Project / Campaign

A defined creative engagement for a specific brief, launch or campaign.

Best suited to

  • A brand or product launch
  • A standalone film or campaign
  • A focused creative brief with a defined finish

How it works

  • We start with a discovery call to understand the brief and your goals.
  • Deliverables, schedule and production requirements are agreed before production begins.
  • Revision rounds, formats and usage requirements are agreed in the proposal.
  • Additional deliverables or changes to the agreed scope are agreed separately.

Monthly Retainer

An ongoing creative partnership for brands with recurring production needs.

Best suited to

  • Regular brand content
  • Recurring campaigns
  • A consistent creative direction across an ongoing body of work

How it works

  • We start with a discovery call to understand your ongoing needs.
  • We agree on a monthly scope and production capacity.
  • Work is planned around your brand’s priorities, month to month.
  • Deliverables, review rounds and scheduling are defined in the agreement.
  • Requests beyond the agreed capacity are scoped separately.
  • Commitment, renewal and cancellation terms are specified in the proposal.

04How Scoping Works

Understand the scope first.

Every engagement, project or monthly, begins with a discovery call. We learn what you’re making and why, then shape the scope together, guided by the factors on the right.

  • Creative complexity
  • Deliverable count, length and formats
  • Production and post-production requirements
  • Timeline
  • Revision requirements
  • Licensing or usage needs, where applicable
05Questions

Before you reach out.

Which engagement model should I choose?

If you have a defined brief with a clear finish, such as a launch, a film or a campaign, a project is the natural fit. If your brand needs recurring production and a consistent creative direction across an ongoing body of work, a retainer fits better. If you’re not sure, tell us what you’re planning and we’ll help you decide.

Can I begin with a project and discuss a retainer later?

Yes. Starting with a project is a straightforward way to work together first. If recurring needs emerge, we can talk about a monthly scope then. The terms of any retainer are set out in its own proposal.

How are deliverables and revisions agreed?

Deliverables, formats and review rounds are agreed before work begins: in the proposal for a project, and in the agreement for a retainer.

What happens if the scope changes?

Changes to the agreed scope are agreed separately. On a project that means additional deliverables or changes to the brief; on a retainer it means requests beyond the agreed monthly capacity. The proposal or agreement remains the reference point.

What determines the timeline?

Mainly the scope: creative complexity, the number, length and formats of deliverables, production and post-production requirements, and the number of review rounds. We set the schedule once the scope is clear, and it is specified in the proposal or agreement.

How are usage rights and source files handled?

Where and how the work will be used, and what is handed over beyond the final deliverables, are scoped during discovery and specified in the proposal or agreement. We agree these up front rather than assume them, so tell us early what you expect.
